Family Taekwondo for ages 5 on up!

If you are looking for a way to improve your fitness, self-confidence, and flexibility all while creating lasting memories with your family members, this is the class for you! Taekwondo is a truly timeless martial art that combines physical training, mental agility, and personal discipline to help its practitioners become the people they've always aspired to be. In this class, we encourage families to train together to improve the bonds of shared experience. For safety reasons, we do not allow children younger than 14 to participate in this class without an adult guardian as part of the class.
